Return & Exchange Policy

At Teshy, we take pride in crafting handmade clothing with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide exchanges or store credit under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit

  • Customers must contact us within 2 days of receiving their order to initiate an exchange or store credit request. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery. Returns sent after this timeframe will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Damaged or worn items

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at teshy.studios@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back within 5 days of delivery using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Upon inspection, we will issue store credit or process an exchange.
